Parents must ensure that their child brings the school diary every day. Important notices, homework, and teacher notes are shared through this diary.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

Regular PTMs are conducted to discuss students’ academic and behavioral progress. Attendance of at least one parent is mandatory during these meetings.

Appointments with Teachers

If parents wish to meet any teacher outside PTM schedules, a written request or note in the diary must be submitted. A suitable time slot will be arranged by the school.

ID Verification at Entry

For safety reasons, the security team will check Parent ID cards at the entrance. Your cooperation is essential to ensure student safety.

Pick-up and Drop Guidelines

Parents who regularly pick up or drop their wards must follow gate protocols. Entry beyond the designated area is restricted to authorized personnel only.

These rules are implemented for the safety, discipline, and effective learning environment of all students. We request full cooperation from parents and guardians in adhering to the above guidelines.
