At Sowma Public School, we celebrate every child’s uniqueness, but we also maintain a focused academic and respectful environment. Therefore, specific guidelines are in place regarding birthday celebrations and student health to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
To maintain decorum and avoid disruptions to the academic schedule, the school follows a strict no-celebration policy on campus:
Students are not permitted to bring cakes, sweets, chocolates, gifts, or return gifts to distribute among classmates or teachers.
The school does not allow students to distribute birthday party invitations or contact details of classmates or teachers during school hours.
Students will not be allowed to leave school premises directly for birthday parties or personal celebrations.
Students may be permitted to wear civil (neat casual) dress on their birthday with prior permission from the class teacher. However, the outfit must be modest and age-appropriate.
