Admission Procedure

At Sowma Public School, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a structured academic environment. Our admission process is transparent, inclusive, and designed to ensure the right fit between the child, the school, and the academic program.

Admission Procedure

  • Application Forms are available at the school office from March each year.
  • The duly filled application form must be submitted along with all the required supporting documents.
  • Admission is granted based on:
    • Age eligibility
    • Previous academic performance
    • Availability of seats
    • Interaction with the student and parents (for select classes)

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Completed Admission Application Form
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
  • Progress Report Card from the previous academic year
  • Birth Certificate (for age verification)
  • Aadhar Card (child and parents)
  • Recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • Proof of residence
    • Community Certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
    • Affidavit for Single Girl Child (if claiming benefit)

Note: Admission is provisional until all documents are verified and fees are paid in full.
