`1.Application forms are issued at the school office from the month of March.
2. The completed application form is to be submitted with the required supporting documents.

Transfer certificate from previous school
Progress card of previous school.
Birth Certificate (Age proof) of Candidate
Aadhar card
Passport size photograph of the child.
Candidate’s Proof of Residence .
An affidavit in the case of Single Girl Child.
Community certificate
Certificate of disability/ handicapped.
